Ingredients

2 skinless salmon filets, 6-8oz

4 tbsp butter, unsalted room temperature

1 tbsp raw honey

1 tbsp organic miso, white or red
Instructions
- Preheat your Schwank Grill to with the grate set to level 6
- Mix butter, miso, & honey until well incorporated.
- Add miso butter mixture to the drip tray. Carefully put under heating element for 5 seconds to melt.
- Take out place on top of the grill or side table. Add salmon and incorporate the miso mixture on both sides.
- Lower grate and Place salmon on preheated grates, reset to level 6.
- Cook for Approx. 2 two minutes. This will cook very fast as the preheated grates will cook the bottom of the fish and the main heating element will blast the top and caramelize.
- Take the salmon out and reserve on a plate or on the drip tray with remaining miso butter to rest.
