Returns & Exchanges

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Customers are required to pay return shipping costs in order to receive refund.

Warranty Claims
Customers must have original packaging in order to claim warranty on the product. Without the original packaging your unit may damage upon return and could void your warranty. To return your product, contact support@schwankgrills.com we will provide you with additional instructions on how to ship your product and claim your warranty.
