HOW DOES IT WORK?
The Schwank Grill fires up instantly with an electronic push button igniter and reaches 1500°F in less than 3 minutes. This infrared steak grill features overhead burners that heat from above to prevent flare ups. We’re excited to introduce a new and innovative way of grilling at home or on-the-go.
No matter where you are, our portable infrared grill will perfectly sear your steak at 1500°F in only 60 seconds per side. This produces a delicious golden-brown crust without overcooking or drying out the steak.
Our 1500 degree grill will produce flavorful meat drippings that you’ll want to put to good use. The drip tray allows you to collect the juices to enhance the flavor of your steak. Add butter, spices, or oils to the drip pan to enhance the flavor even more.
Lower the grill grate and allow the steak to cook to your desired temperature from rare to well done. Once you reach your desired doneness, allow it to rest for a few minutes while keeping it warm in the bottom drip tray.
