Refund policy

Returns

30-Day Return (Unused Items): We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for items that are unused, in the same condition as when received, and in their original packaging. Returns that do not meet these standards may not be accepted.

14-Day Trial (Used Grills): For grills that have been used, our 14-day trial policy applies. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, subject to inspection and compliance with our trial terms.

Customers are required to pay return shipping costs in order to receive a refund.

Additional non-returnable items: 
- Gift cards
- Downloadable products 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please contact support@schwankgrills.com with the subject line: Return or Exchange - (Your order #) and we will assist you in the process of returning or exchanging your item.


Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 business days of when we receive the product.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your credit card statement again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@schwankgrills.com.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@schwankgrills.com.

To return your product, contact support@schwankgrills.com. Your product will be shipped to: Schwank Outdoor Products Inc., 2 Schwank Way, Waynesboro, GA 30830, United States. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
